Manufacturer's Defects
If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, call our Store at (757) 206-1901 for instructions. Do not return Items to us without first calling to receive instructions.
We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a period of 30 days. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
When returning an item, please make sure to use the original packaging. Be sure to include your phone number as well as address (items will not be accepted by some shippers without a phone number).
Out of Stock Policy
We offer this as "pre-sell" meaning we are "not in the control or possession at the time of the listing." This item will ship direct from our supplier when payment is received on the condition that the item is in stock. There is a possibility of an out-of-stock situation and we will give full refunds in such a case.
A substantial discount on shipping charges will be applied if you order several items to the same address within 7 days.
